Service Description
Our group trainings provide opportunities to focus on footwork, stick skills, shooting, and lacrosse awareness. Our goal is to provide our athletes with a better understanding of the game in a high rep environment. Group trainings will take place Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 12:00pm.
