POLICY

24-Hour Cancellation Policy:

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel a scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not permitted.

Non-Refundable Purchases:

All purchases, including Training Packages, Pro Clinic registrations, and Group Clinic (including Drop-in) registrations, are non-refundable, and no prorated discounts will be available based on unattended/unused sessions.

Credit Policy:

In certain extenuating circumstances, we may offer a credit for a future service. These credits are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Injury Policy:

In the event an athlete cannot attend due to an injury, we will review the case individually. A 50% refund may be issued, but this requires supporting documentation from a certified health care provider.

Weather Policy:

Sessions are not canceled due to bad weather.

Cancellations by EPA:

If a session is canceled by Elite Performance Academy, we will first attempt to reschedule. If we are unable to reschedule, we will provide a credit or a refund.
