Service Description

Designed to help athletes grow stronger, smarter, and more confident on the field, each session starts with age-appropriate workouts that focus on injury prevention. From there, players transition into skill development with a focus on shooting accuracy, defensive positioning, and game awareness. Registration is free, but donations would be greatly appreciated! All proceeds will go to Child Mind Institute, an independent nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of children struggling with mental health and learning disorders.
