Molly
DeMarr
Soccer Director
Molly began playing soccer at age five and found her calling as a goalkeeper by fourth grade. She competed with one of the top club teams in the Midwest and trained under Trinidad and Tobago’s men's national goalkeeper. After earning Division I offers, she went on to play high-level club soccer at Michigan State University, where she was part of the 2012 National Championship team.
Now based in the Roaring Fork Valley, Molly shares her love of the game as Basalt High School’s Head Coach, one of the goalkeeper trainers for Roaring Fork United, and through her work as Soccer Director at Elite Performance Academy. She coaches athletes of all levels—from seven-year-olds just discovering the game to college players and semi-pro athletes abroad. Molly believes soccer is the greatest sport in the world for a reason—it connects people everywhere through a shared language. Her goal is to pass on that passion and teach life skills through sport; teaching communication, leadership, and resilience while ensuring every player has fun doing it along the way.
