Speed: Move the body in one intended direction as fast as possible. - Establish Proper Sprint Mechanics - Maximize Power Production - Expand Stride Length Agility: Short bursts of movement that involve changing direction. - Increase Spatial Awareness - Gain Starting and Stopping Power - Build Structural Integrity of Connective Tissue Quickness: React and change body position with maximum power in all planes of motion, from all body positions during sports. - Boost Reaction Time - Improve Overall Coordination - Upgrade Confidence to Pounce on Opportunities Group training will take place on Thursday evenings.
