EPA Rehab & Performance · Powell Performance
Rehab Built For The Return To Play
Injury evaluation, sport-specific rehab, and movement training under the same roof as your strength and sport coaching. Led by a licensed athletic trainer with a master's in exercise physiology and years on the sideline in college athletics.

Assess
Injury Evaluation
A full evaluation of acute or chronic injuries to find the cause, set a clear plan, and map the path back to sport.
Core Focus
Movement & Biomechanics
Training how the athlete moves so the body works at its best functionally. Fixing the pattern keeps the same injury from coming back.
Rebuild
Return-To-Play Rehab
Strength and plyometric based rehab that prepares athletes for the demands of their sport, not just daily life.
Hands-On
Manual
Therapy
Hands-on treatment that supports the rehab plan and keeps athletes moving well between sessions.
What We Offer
From Injury To Full Speed
Every session starts with how the athlete moves, then rebuilds the strength and power the sport demands. The goal is no physical limitation keeping them out of practice or the weight room.
01
Evaluate
Assess the injury, how the athlete moves, and what their sport asks of them.
02
Treat
Manual therapy and targeted work to calm symptoms and restore range of motion.
03
Rebuild
Strength, plyometrics, and movement training that restore capacity and fix the pattern.
04
Return
A coordinated hand-off to strength and conditioning and the coach, with no gap in between.

From The Sideline To The Rebuild
Alexandra spent her early career as an athletic trainer in Division 2 athletics at Minnesota State, Mankato and Western Colorado University, handling emergency and on-field care for collegiate athletes.

Over time her focus moved from the sideline to what comes after it: rehab, biomechanics training, and performance-based work. She spent more than five years building toward Powell Performance, and now brings it to EPA.

Her approach centers on movement. The goal is to make each athlete as functional as possible, so no physical limitation keeps them out of practice or strength and conditioning.
Rehab, strength and conditioning, and coaching all happen in one building. That keeps communication tight and gets athletes back without losing time.
01
Rehab and training stay in house
The rehab specialist, strength coach, and sport coach work from the same team, so nothing gets lost between appointments and athletes return to play faster.
02
Movement first, not symptoms only
Treatment looks past the pain to how the athlete moves, correcting the pattern behind the injury instead of just managing it.
03
Rehab that builds athletes
Strength and plyometric based rehab means athletes leave ready for the demands of their sport, not just cleared to walk.
04
Collegiate athletic training experience
A licensed athletic trainer who has worked with Division 2 college programs and knows what a real return to competition requires.
