Service Description

The fundamentals of our training program emphasize essential skills developed through high repetitions of footwork (speed & agility), ball control, passing, shooting, dribbling, and tactical awareness. Our goal is to enhance our athletes' understanding of the game in a dynamic environment. Players will cultivate key traits such as resiliency, communication, leadership, confidence, courage, and mental toughness. Sessions will focus on both individual skills and teamwork, honing in on fall progress by putting in additional work during the winter months. Group training sessions will take place on Wednesday evenings throughout November.
