Service Description

Our group trainings provide opportunities to focus on footwork, stick skills, shooting, and lacrosse awareness for 90 minute sessions. Our goal is to provide our athletes with a better understanding of the game in a high rep environment. Group trainings will take place on Tuesday & Thursday evenings throughout June, July, & August.
