Service Description

The fundamentals of our goalkeeper training provide skills learned through high repetitions of footwork (speed & agility), hand-eye coordination, catching, diving, parrying, high balls, and distribution techniques. Our goal is to provide our athletes with a better understanding of the game in a high rep environment. They will learn traits such as resiliency, communication, leadership, confidence, courage, & mental toughness. Group trainings will take place on Wednesday evenings throughout January.
